Paul,

I am just a little curious as to the "desirable" criteria. You claim that the mins are low and you want to train people your way but you ask for 6 months commercial time and short strip experience with preferably an AC50 or BN2 endo? Neither of those two aircraft are common for people to posses endo's on unless a company has already paid for it. Meaning that someone else has put their company stamp on them. Something you say you want to avoid? I know six months commercial isn't 4000TT like you say but changing people to fly the way you want I have found to be a bit more difficult than I thought. Even if they are fresh out of flight school. I know because I have been given that pleasure just recently.

If the add said 1200TT I would find it more in line with what most would expect from an experience required perspective.

Don't get me wrong I wish you all the best and hope maybe you give a few newbies a start too.
