The airport should be commended on how its carved out a hugely successful executive/business jet operation alongside the core passenger operations. Geographically, the airport seems perfectly placed to accommodate such traffic, situated as it is close to the M1 to private jet passengers can arrive & be whisked away in no time.
I knew that this business was significant but hadn't realised quite how substantial it is in terms of overall movements. Long may it continue
