The bit with a beach becoming a dam
I don't see that as beach, I think its just open dirt at the edge of the dam.
I think they have driven up a driveway to a paddock area near a machinery shed, grabbed the chopper, then flown at maybe 10 - 25 ft altitude (below tree line - above machinery shed height & good clearance of the guys hanging from skids to the fences) across maybe 2 paddock fences to a dam that might be (at a guess) 300 - 500m away. It may be the dam that is visible as the Ferrari comes up the driveway. It may not be all that hard to find on google earth.
If you look at the people spaced out between the Ferrari & chopper, it looks like it has been thought through & planned (I use the term thought loosely). At least 3 video cameras have been used (someone on the ground, helmet cam and guy in the rear seat).
