You'd need expert evidence that the video was kosher; no expert, but have a close look, there are some interesting 'continuity' gaffs, small but noticeable (watch the over ocean bit and watch the muscle stress lines).
Kharon, you may be correct, but none of that stopped CASA in the Quadrio case. In The Quadrio case it wasn't even certain that he was the pilot and the published video was constructed from video over a number of flights.
I see this as a carbon copy of the Quadrio case and I think CASA will stir up a Hornet's nest if they don't treat the two consistently. Either CASA pulls this guys licence, or relents on John Quadrio or open CASA opens itself up to new allegations of persecution of John.
