You are right Kharon; with a bit of effort you could fake such a video... I like the bit where they are zooming along in the Ferrari and then they drive the Ferrari out of a river (look closely) towards the camera.
If they did fake it they would need to keep the evidence at hand for their defence which would likely cost money to even get CASA to accept the evidence.
The RAA once took a pilot certificate off an aircraft importer who faked a video , thus removing his income and another pilot was reprimanded by CASA for faking a photo of his aircraft flying in close proximity to the Sydney Harbour bridge.
