The reality is that although this was a stupid act, the biggest risk was to the two buffoons hanging off the skids and the Nimrod flying the bird (and perhaps a cow or two). Should it go unpunished, no. Should precious manpower and millions be spent on chasing these goons, no. Tis a conundrum.
