There's a thread running in the Pacific General Aviation and Questions forum asking the same question with people commenting on some of the schools, you might want to look through it. Pan Am Academy in Miami and Minneapolis, Airbus in Miami, US Airways in Charlotte, Higher Power near the Dallas/Fort Worth airport and K&S in Arizona all do A-320 training.
