Emergency Breaking???
This reminds me of the incident the now dead Cimber Sterling had.
During flight the pilots discussed whether the A/C could be brought to a safe stop with the emergency braking set before landing.
So they tested this and found it not good. The antiskid never engaged and therefor they blew all the main tyres.
