I worked in Thailand for 2 years back in 06 before getting Married as the Airline then could not get Local Captain's. I guess back then like you with a work permit arranged and given by the sponsoring Company right? I had the right to work there too
With that I got a local Bank account yep due to being paid in THB and having a WP. Still got it too like you right?
The CP of Thai Lion told me no Foreigner's even though the website states right to live and work and incidentally one of there Management was in my old Company. The info I got is what i was told so maybe its Rubbish maybe its not. Perhaps I should have said that first ey,
Anyway I am happily working elsewhere and don't particularly need or want to work for Thai Lion anyway.
