Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I myself have been diagnosed with ADPKD 2 days ago.
Looking at the guidance material, it seems a Class 1 is possible with additional scans, but it will have an OML attached to it.
Currently I have a Class 2 medical and a PPL. I am having to seriously consider my options movinig forward and the risks involved with investing a large sum towards a CPL.
