As for your question..
If i was working and i issued a SID 20B then later revised it to 'RC passing 2500ft track Dct to Intid/ Gusma' then that means
a) cancel SID
b)there's no requirement to intercept any radial (in your case R345)
c)passing 2500ft turn right and track direct to INTID/ GUSMA
In Nadi controllers hardly use the phraseology 'Cancel SID' but you'll hear ' RECLEARED'.
I'd only ask you to report on the radial if departure instruction issued was 'Maintain RwY Tck 2500ft turn right and intercept R345'. Otherwise if the reporting instruction contradicts the instruction given by the controller then you need to confirm the dep instruction asap since NFFN is non radar. All we have infront of us are strips and we rely on pilot reports to confirm/update details on our strips and the 'picture' in our mind
