One more question: I passed the ATPL(H) exams back in 2008/9. Since more than 36 months have passed I need to take the exams required for the IR again. According to CAP 804 FCL.025 I can only take the exams when recommended by the ATO responsible for my training.
Would that be the ATO with which I did my ATPL theory course or the ATO at which I will do the IR course?
