exams needed for the EASA IR(H)

Hello,
A question regarding exams needed for the EASA IR(H): According to CAP 804 FCL.615 applicants need to pass the following theoretical knowledge examinations to qualify for a IR:
· Air Law,
· Human Performance,
· Meteorology,
· Radio Navigation,
· IFR Communications.
· Aircraft General Knowledge – Instrumentation,
· Flight Performance and Monitoring,

Does anyone know if the subject referred to as “Aircraft General Knowledge – Instrumentation” in CAP 804 is the same as the one just called “instrumentation” on the UK CAA website covering exam registration and if “Flight Performance and Monitoring” is the same as the one referred to as “Performance” on caa.uk.co?
