Joking aside, you'll always get the good and bad in both sexes, and I'm sure most people would be equally as happy to work with either sex as long as they did a good job.
At least I would like think so, bit sad if not eh. I don't think I'd trust anyone who had a real problem with someone just on the basis of sex (ie. a problem with the other person's sex, not a problem WITH sex itself, after all, that's for a GP to sort out or a psychologist if the problem is deeper rooted).
