Hold it there Chesire Cat, I beg to differ!

I seem to remember a report not too long ago about men and women pilots. I can't remember the exact figures so i'll use creative licence and make them up to fit my argument. All the same....
A vast majority of aviation accidents involving women were due to loss of control or loss of situational awareness. Men, on the other hand, suffered accidents because of over confidence and cockiness (i.e. flying when the weather was marginal etc).
Now, one of these can be put right with an attitude change, the other is in-built and, for the purposes of my argument, unchangeable.
That should put the 'cat' amongst the pigeons as it were.
