Dependent on fuel load etc. Shirley if yr worried about 1.3 not being enough at IAS then go for 1.5 or FEEL the a/c. At what point does one do all this calculation? Landing speeds will vary a bit day by weather by fuel load etc. Mine stalls at 40knots at gross clean. In a light steady wind,solo, half tank, half flaps its perfectly controllable landing at 45.
