The Fly Dubai's went to MON Engineering for IFE work although the next one's are rumored to be going to the shiney new MON hangar at BHX
EL AL...probably because they have a Station at LTN with appropriate security etc and no slot issues
As for the Saudi King Airs....Possibly to allow a night out or two in London!
