I was never offended nor did I claim to have invented flying. I was trained just like everyone else at CX. In fact, not "inventing" stuff is something I do take pride in. Not everyone at CX shares this trait unfortunately.

Please understand that we (CX) are flying with a lot of hundred hour seat warmers these days. While that works fine on 99% or more of our flights, it makes JFO training quite a chore and has the potential to create problems when things do go wrong and time critical crew action is required.
