VC10 C1 was no slouch when 'clean'.
A quick look in the log book shows:
17Mar85 XR810 - ASI-BZZ 8.40
and
22Oct86 XR808 - NAIROBI-LOSSIE 10.15
I do remember on the latter we were empty and ended up at FL430!
