I know this is slightly off topic, but "Up" is supposedly a low cost operation - doesn't look like it for me.
I know you can make all the mod cons work in practice to an extent, however Southwest, easyJet an Ryanair prove that you needn't spend the additional cost. It is a proven model, pioneered by Kelleher in the 1970s and that part of the industry never looked back.
£100 (plus £20 to reserve a seat and take hold luggage) to Larnaca for 1-hours flying. That is a ridiculous price compared to the competition from Aegean, Arkia and Cyprus Airways on that route, which must be one of the most popular at Ben Gurion.
