Glad you got it sorted in the end clicker.
Looks like it's defo browser cache which can be a real pain with java objects and java scriptlets. I've seen this issue with all the browsers, the solution just requires a manual cleanup which involves getting to know the innards of your browser. The problem with Microsoft is that they tend to store temporary crud everywhere
