The reality with paying for a type rating in Ryanair is: A guy with a licence can:
A.Spend years working your ass off instructing, flying for commuters on crap money.........etc ( as I did).
Or:
B. Borrow 30 grand, pay for the rating , and earn the money back within your first year, + 900 hrs 737 time.
Added to the fact that there are basically no other airlines hiring in Europe at the moment ..... You would want to be an 'arsehole 'not to take the pay for the rating option!
As for the Ryanair Arseholes who came to Emirates,... they came along with a whole lot of others from other airlines to the selection...... And it's was the Ryanair people who passed. They haven't changed a thing here...(apart from having a generally more humble attitude then some of the people I meet here). They are on the same contracts.
So no Cerbus ....Alas, It is not the Ryanair guys, but ...you who are an Arsehole.
