By trying to shame the Ryan Air (Arsholes, cancer, pay my trainning, etc etc) maybe they will wake up to the industry. They are not the only problem with the industry but they are the biggest problem by far to the industry. What are they thinking or are they thinking at all?
Sure a turbo prop pilot wants to better himself like any pilot would want to better himself. But why in the he11 would you pay for your type rating and pay for training? That is a cancer and there is no shortage of that kind of mentality.
It is a sad fact that unions are illegal in the UAE. Why? We all know why but that is for another thread. However unions are very much legal in civilized Europe and what do the Ryan Air pilots do about the opportunity presented to them that is not available to us? Absolutely Nothing!
