Fuse - it's going the same way that CC mailbox's are going which were made fully redundant as of start this month I think. Well it was Oct or Nov.
As far as I know CC are also upset about this, the reason having spoken to an MCC who's a friend is that the space just doesn't cut it anymore, but to be fair - why not use the CC mailboxes for F/C?
My personal opinion is that they don't want people dropping things off etc
Another way for EK to upset/annoy/drag and convince people that EK is out for them.
The mailboxes are such a useful thing I think, most airlines worldwide of this size will have mailboxes.
I will say though that its another cost saving measure, another penny pinching incentive by EK Senior Mgmt.
