There rates are far too low. Of course the owners could be so well off they can afford to lose money.......
From their website (which looks like it may be out of date) they show £140/hr for a PA28-181 (incl instructor) based on a 5 hour block.. it doesn't seem ridiculously low...

Where I'm training it's £179/hr in the same aircraft, but I know somewhere else, where a friend is based, where it's £129/hr for training in a Cherokee, it's almost worth the 4 hour drive to go down there for a weekend to get another 5 hours in or something!

I've noticed huge disparities in pricing across the country, would be nice if there was a school north of the border that could offer rates like that
