Yeah, but any such "duck" often has a fair amount of pilot's disorientation in it. "Botched" recovery at night with little outside reference is often directly related to inattention to instruments which often has root cause at some sensory illusion. I think this Pilatus' crash may be a highly relevant example regardless if you attach some fancy name to it like
