Speak for yourself. I know plenty national carrier guys that left to come to EK. Legacy carriers are not necessarily the best to work for... Who made up that name anyway..Legacy!!
20 years in the left seat at home or 3 years with EK. Of cause you are not uprooting your family just so you can enjoy a left seat...but circumstances sometimes push in one direction. For me it was easy. I was single without kids.
Talking to guys the have left EK to go back to their old jobs, I am happy to hear that EK is a very good operator and the training is very thorough.
