Not sure which stats you're looking at? but according to the
Full 2012 REPORT, Dubai sits at number 73... and
above it are: Geneva (8 ), San Francisco (29,
equal with Paris & Adelaide), Barcelona (40), Rome (52), Miami (66).
So,
no. Dubai is not a veritable paradise on earth for quality of living !
