Dan.......
Congratulations on an excellent site.
Many thanks for replying to my enquiry. Leads to the question, where is the rest of the airframe?? This would mean that the nose is the last part of an East African Airways aircraft that is still flying. Until recently a couple of ex EAAC VC10s were flying with the RAF. An ex EAAC Rapide is under restoration to flying condition in South Africa.
Have read through the information on VH-MAL (ex VP-KEJ) on the QAM site. It is stated that both ex the EAAC Doves (sold to Mandated Airlines) were flown in PNG with their Kenyan registrations. Now the question......does anyone out there have a photograph of VP-KDG (later VH-MAB/-CTS)?
