Cpn Dart you're right, ads everywhere for pilots to fly in China, but CX doesn't seem to have a problem getting guys to join. And no one leaves.
"Is the pendulum finally going to swing back in favor of pilots?" - not for CX guys, there's no pressure on management to give anything up.
Or not until the 100 hour wonders break 5000 and then take a job in China...and that's years away.
