I cannot believe I am defending mas but.... that is about the only thing mas has ever posted which comes close to being worthwhile - five words and still needed editing??
Anyway hang in there, camel. This place is a house of cards powered by greed and when the wind shifts it will collapse just like it did before. Then rent will be at rock bottom and you can "average down".
