Well, the closest you can get for an answer is that the Emergency Checklist for an Overweight landing says you should aim to touchdown with a Vertical speed of less than 350 fpm to avoid an engineering inspection. I also seem to remember that Airbus has guidance to say that 'closure' rates of more than 6ft / second could trigger a 'heavy' landing report. So that would equate to just under 400 fpm.
So anything under 300 fpm a good landing, anything over 400 fpm would potentially be bad.
