I don't like it at all.

On top of that I still enjoy flying, that's the job I chose and still love doing it. I don't like DH, I don't like augmenting, it has little to do with the job, just a side effect we have to live with. But to the bear necessary, please!
For some only the money seems to matter, not the profession or its circumstances. Unfortunately it shows some times, not always, but it seems to be an indicator ......
One other thing: If our employer would be civilised enough to provide a decent seating possibility for augment crews, you know, some place where a normally conceived human being can eat, drink or read without distorting his spine, then it would attenuate the torture. But frankly, what we have now on both fleets is more of an insult than anything else.
To me such pairings are unsustainable.
