Hi,
basic pay is £40,500 rising approx £1500 per year (shorthaul) plus annual pay rise. On top of that add approx £10-14 k in variable pay per annum and you will be in the right ballpark. Expect to fly 750 ish hours per year. You will be well treated, have no roster disruption, lots of leave but expect 12 - 15 years to any command now. Initially there is a five year type freeze and then a four year freeze every time you change after that. Compared to other airlines I've worked for most people happy with their lot and minimal whinging. Hope that helps.
