Hydrolix, I sent you a PM. I wanted to apologize if I have offended. I like Cathay Pacific very much, and want to make us a career airline. I find it useful to post examples from our US collegues to give us all something to compare with. I shall try to find a better balance of giving information without being perceived as complaining (though I have to say, I think it the AOA forum is an appropriate place to express displeasure, I shall endevour to minimise it to avoid further offence)
