EZY & flyBe
With two of the top execs at FlyBe recently ex EZY, I'm surprised that no-one has yet posed the thought that EZY & FlyBe will collaborate. With FlyBe aircraft turning orange.
This could be a great method for EZY to move into the smaller airports like SOU, BHD, GCI, and to operate more biz routes from JER.
However you look at it FlyBe are fighting for survival, wrapping under the EZY brand could be a slick move, much lower marketing costs, more reach, and would sink Aurigny overnight.
Flybe have a tough winter ahead, will be interesting to see what they look like next summer.
Meanwhile I predict that the Aurigny Embraer will last about as long as their Twin Otter..
Then there's Loganair, although orange is not really Scotland's colour!
