I am coming to a stage when I need to start thinking about university.
Think about it, but don't believe either that a degree is a backup to get a job if you fail as a pilot, or that you need one to get a job as a civil pilot.
I know that ctc and oaa both offer degrees now if you go through one of their integrated courses or airline cadet schemes,
They offer foundation degrees, which is what used to be called an HNC or Higher National Certificate. It's not the same as a true honours degree.
