Fandangled, who were you talking to about this? I have spoken to the people at CLARC (Who I assume would be the authority on the matter) and they have told me that I only need my paperwork in by Dec 4th. But there seems to be a lot of mixed messages out there which concerns me. I will not be able to get my paperwork in until mid November which is why I am interested to get a definitive answer.
