No, it is not a joke..
I work for the second airline company which pay more in Brazil and the salary is almost the same that they are offering in Lion Air.
My rank here is 371 in company's fleet and I have no expectation for a promotion, at least none in 4 more years..
I know that exist better companies with better contracts and that's exactly why I am asking what is wrong with these one here...
If there is any expat that works for Lion Air I really would like to hear from..
