Mr.Swamy is a brilliant guy. He should also go to court with the following questions if he really wants to make a change :
1) Why were Air India and Indian Airlines merged ?
2) Why was there no enquiry into the massive orders for aircraft placed by the national carrier when it has literally brought the airline to bankruptcy ?
3) How was the massive bilateral rights to Abu Dhabi cleared just prior to the Jet Etihad deal ?
4) Why was this permitted knowing that the national airline will be flown out of business by such a move ? Weren't national interests looked into ?
