Ok I will:---
1/ check the CFP before to see if it is weight restricted
2/ check the loads in each class
3/ if its marginal then contact the Captain/FO/SO ( whoever you feel comfortable calling or whoever you know ) and ask them to keep close contact with the HAS dispatcher at the Aircraft. I've done this for sub loader friends many times as Captain and you'd be surprised what a little "monitoring" can achieve at the time. Even just to make sure they release Crew Seats and Jump seats.
This should give you enough ammunition to achieve the results.
If you still get offloaded then call the crew later to see what the actual loadings were on their flight. If empty seats then report to BN.
There will be times when even these proactive measures won't help, **** happens unfortunately and even staff playing by the rules at check in can be snowed under with changes and pressure.
