Well I did get my new licence today - delivered to the flat in KL that I lived in 2 years ago - although the letter inside was addressed correctly (!?).
After ringing FedEx to find out how my package could possibly have been delivered and signed for despite me knowing absolutely nothing about it, I ran back to my old flat (not far away thankfully). The maid that answered the door only spoke Bahasa Melayu (in which I am less than fluent) so trying to convince her that the package that I knew had been delivered to that address 2 hours ago was not for that apartment but was in fact mine was not too easy.............
So far, so bad.
And now my licence; in the Remarks and Restrictions against FI it states "Restricted/FCL.905.FI applies as in (a)/(b)/(e)/(g)/(g)IR(R))"
I have checked in CAP804 but cannot see whether this does actually entitle me to teach instrument to IMC level in the UK. I kind of suspect it does from the above, but am not certain.
Can anyone help ?
