Harv's is a great place to do your training; no doubt about it.
Like the others said, Adam will never tell you that he will give you a job before you do the instructor rating. They will watch you as you do your CPL and instructor rating. Then, as long as they like you, they'll put you on dispatch duty for a few weeks. At that point, if everything goes well and they need an extra instructor, they will give you the job. If there is no need for instructors right away, they will offer to keep you on dispatch until an instructor job opens up.
