If you do want a comprehensive list of stations with badges, you could do worse than
this as a starting point. I believe that they have the comprehensive list of badges as authorised by the Chester Herald (although there does appear to be a couple missing from their list - 1312 Flight, 1435 Flight).
It does at least list those stations that have been granted a badge (although a few are still in need of sponsorship if the Trust is to meet its objectives, including a few current station -
cough, Brampton, Fylingdales, Gibraltar, Halton,
cough, cough, Linton-on-Ouse, St Mawgan,
cough).
