JJP I truly meant no criticism of anything that you’ve posted on here. What any individual chooses to post (within reasonable limits) is their own business so please accept my sincere apologies if I was not clear earlier.
If anything my post was more intended to point out that HR departments would not bother looking at any of these sites until the final stages of recruitment, if at all.
Of course any pilot has choices to make regarding cross winds etc and may be compelled to land in circumstances beyond manufacturer or company imposed limits and every situation is unique and has to be judged in isolation.
I didn’t catch the tv programme that you refer to.
