I could recommend a school if you really wanted me to. I did my fixed-wing course at Bristol, I thought they were superb. Of course, that doesn't mean it's the best for you.....

The best thing you can do is speak to every school you're interested in (there aren't that many who offer the course you're after, so you should probably speak to all of them). Decide what are the most important things that you're looknig for in a school, then decide which school meets your needs the best.

(For me, the most important thing for distance learning is the quality of the notes, since I'll be relying on the notes to do just about all of my learning from. Second to that is the administration, such as response times - if I have a problem, I want to be able to contact instructors promptly, not wait 2 weeks for a reply. Your priorities may not be the same as mine, but this will give you a starting point.)
