Well you won't be getting refunds. I'd eat my hat if you do. As to the whereabouts of AT well it depends on whether he wants to blow all your money in the states or in the UK.
If it is in the UK, he has ties to Yorkshire and had a business concern in Leeds Bradford.
Ill keep a close ear out for him in the local fields and I'll happily let you know his whereabouts dera if he shows up in the local area.
I hope the loss of your money does not set you back too much on your journey to achieving your goals.
No doubt he'll set up shop again, with no previous liability and do it again. I can think of several people in aviation who make a living this way.
