Work as an atco in Spain is getting really hard. Besides the 2 private ansp are not hiring many people, they are also short-staffing the towers. I guess in the medium term they will need more atco because it is impossible to continue with so short staff and underpayed.
Working is always better than nothing, but be in mind that the private ansp in spain are screwing their staff, with long shifts and minimum rest time.
