Atrial Fib, Restricted Medical & Getting Hired

I have a newly restricted CASA Class 1 medical for recently developed Atrial Fibrillation.
I have just relocated to Australia and I'm hoping to get on with one of the airlines here. I was an airline pilot in the US for 15 years previously and have a significant amount of experience (13,000 hrs, over 11,000 hrs turbine, etc.).
My question is this: With the AF and the restricted Class 1 ( basically multi-crew only) do I have a chance of getting an interview or is it pretty much game over? Does anyone know how companies in Australia view this? Does my experience help offset the negative medical situation or will HR not see past the restricted med?
I've read through a lot of the other threads but couldn't quite find a similar situation.
Cheers.
