RVSM flights/GPS approach

Specific question , maybe somebody is well informed.
If I have private use let's say Cessna XLS and I have valid type rating , valid IR rating can I fly this plane in RVSM airspace without any additional certificates and courses , and the same question about GPS approaches ?
